CSMS Student Athlete Registration:
CSMS student athletes will need to complete the following steps for athletic registration:
- Submit VHSL Physical Form
- Link to VHSL Physical Form
- Create & Activate Arbiter Registration
- Link to Arbiter Registration
- Parent/Guardian completes the Arbiter Registration
