Arbiter Information

CSMS student athletes will need to complete the following steps for athletic registration: 

• Submit VHSL Physical Form
  • Link to VHSL Physical Form

 

• Create & Activate Arbiter Registration
  • Link to Arbiter Registration
  • Parent/Guardian completes the Arbiter Registration
